Minor weather advisory today
Good morning,
A weather advisory is in effect for this afternoon. A very minor storm system will produce rain late this afternoon changing to light snow later this evening with little or no accumulations on paved surfaces. At this time, we are not expecting to provide plowing services as the accumulation is expected mainly on grassy or elevated surfaces. You can read below this morning’s update from our friends at Weather Guidance for further detail. Thank you for your continued confidence in Rudey Landscape and please do not hesitate to call or text me directly at 630.824.7918 with any questions or simply reply to this email. Thank you and have a very Merry Christmas!!
Best regards,
Jon Rudey

Any snow accumulation generally a trace or other minor amounts less than 1 inch on average
Discussion:
A weak weather disturbance will produce periods of light snow, possibly mixed at times with light rain, starting around 12 Noon on Friday. By around 6pm on Friday, the precipitation will mostly change to light snow, and should end by the late evening hours (between 10pm and Midnight).
Any snow accumulation on Friday will likely average less than 1 inch across the local area. This would mainly occur between 6pm and 9-10pm, and especially on grassy, elevated and other colder surfaces.
We will continue monitoring the situation and issue updates as conditions warrant.
Forecaster Confidence (Low/Moderate/High):
High
